Pasties (That is pronounced Past-ees)
Ingredients:
1 lbs Hamburger (or ground meat of choice)
2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
1 White Onion
3-4 Carrots
3 cups flour
2 sticks butter
Cold Water (Amount varies) I usually end up using around 1/2c total. See specific instructions
Salt to taste (About 1/2tsp)
Pepper to taste
Equipment:
Aluminum Foil
Cellophane/Plastic Wrap
Cooking Spray
Baking Sheet
Large surface for rolling out dough
Rolling Pin
Pot for Potatos
Cutting board/Knife or Food Processor

-Dough:
1. If your butter is soft, skip this step. If your butter is cold and hard: Melt butter and then let it cool off in the refriger

Ingredients:
1 bunch carrots, diced
1 white onion, diced
1 bulb garlic, diced (put in less if you aren't a garlic whore like me)
~1cup worth of fresh parsley, chopped
1 16oz package of egg noodles, cooked (I wasn't able to use the whole thing, unsure of how much you really need, perhaps 8oz?)
48oz chicken broth
2TBSP butter
2TBSP olive oil
1tsp poultry seasoning
1/3c corn starch
1/4c cold water
~1tsp salt (Less if you're on a salt diet)
4-5 Boneless/Skinless Chicken thighs, cut into cubes
Various spices: (I used Dried Parsley, Basil, Thyme, Poultry Seasoning, Garlic powder and onion powder).
Three Main Steps:
